Today is sports day,i went to the stadium,then we go to our own house Rhino,about 9 am the sun shine at us and my friend and I felt damn hot lor then he took out umbrella to cover the sunlight.After that we tried to run away from the stadium but cannot cos ms low is outside.Anyway,Rhino got 3rd this year must say its ok its all right we will get 1st next time lor

In "The Forbidden Kingdom," American teenager Jason (Michael Angarano), who is obsessed with Hong Kong cinema and kungfu classics, finds an antique Chinese staff in a pawn shop: the legendary stick weapon of the Chinese sage and warrior, the Monkey King (Jet Li). With the lost relic in hand, Jason unexpectedly finds himself transported back to ancient China.

There, he meets the drunken kungfu master, Lu Yan (Jackie Chan); an enigmatic and skillful Silent Monk (Jet Li); and a vengeance-bent kungfu beauty, Golden Sparrow (Crystal Liu Yi Fei), who lead him on his quest to return the staff to its rightful owner, the Monkey King - imprisoned in stone by the evil Jade Warlord (Collin Chou) for five hundred years. Along the way, while attempting to outmaneuver scores of Jade Warriors, Cult Killers and the deadly White Hair Demoness, Ni Chang (Li Bing Bing), Jason learns about honor, loyalty and friendship, and the true meaning of kungfu, and thus frees himself.

　　这天，杰森偶然在当铺里面发现了一根神秘的金箍棒，竟然因此穿越?#26080;门之门?#26469;到了古代的中国！他发现自己已经置身于一个惊世预言中：一个使者要将传说中的武器交还给它的主人，从而解救被困在石头中五百年的美猴王。

　　在古老而神秘的中国，杰森开始了充满艰险的旅途。他一路遇到许多来自武侠世界或古代传说中的人物：号称是八仙之一及醉拳大师的吟游诗人鲁彦(成龙饰)，报仇心切的侠女金燕子(刘亦菲饰)与沉默寡言又神秘强悍的默僧(李连杰饰)等。一行四人共同前往五指山，传说中的美猴王就被邪恶的玉疆战神(邹兆龙饰)禁锢在那里。玉帝督军派出麾下第一杀手覧恶名昭著的白发魔女霓裳(李冰冰饰)，霓裳率领一众杀手多番追杀杰森等人，令杰森在苦心领会中国功夫的同时还要面临内心的恐惧。到底杰森的这一趟旅程是因为太过着迷功夫所作的一场幻梦，还是他真真切切的穿越时空去实现古老的预言？
